1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return or replacement in the following situations:

Product received is damaged or defective

Product received is incorrect or different from the order placed

Packaging is tampered or broken at the time of delivery

Quality concerns noticed immediately after delivery

Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Condition of Product

To process a return request:

The product must be unused and in its original packaging where applicable

Photos or video evidence may be required to verify the issue

The product should not be consumed or altered

3. Perishable and Consumable Products

Since many products sold through Monkharvest Organics include food, organic groceries, and farm produce, returns may not always be feasible due to hygiene and safety reasons.

However, customers experiencing genuine issues with product quality are encouraged to contact our support team. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in coordination with the respective vendor.
